2. The Explanation

3. The Pitch

This structure starts by highlighting what is happening now in an unbiased way. It then focuses on the challenges ahead, using data where possible to back up this claim. This section highlights potential issues and adds tension for the audience. Finally, a solution or product is proposed to meet these challenges in the resolution section of the presentation.
How to Organize a Presentation?
A well-organized presentation typically follows a logical flow that includes four main sections – the introduction, body, conclusion, and questions. Begin your presentation with an introduction that quickly grabs your audience’s attention, gives context and background, previews your main points, and clearly states your objective.
